Choose your grade
All three grades pass the same 70-step inspection and carry the same 12-month warranty. They differ in two things: how much wear you can see, and the minimum battery health.
- Diamond — no visible wear. Battery health 95%+.
- Platinum — like new. No visible scratches. Battery health 90%+.
- Gold — some scratches, visible close up. Battery health 85%+. Same warranty, same testing, lower price.

Questions and answers
What does refurbished actually mean?
It is a used phone that has been fully tested, repaired where it needed repair, cleaned, and graded against our 70-step standard. It is not a returned box that nobody opened, and it is not a phone someone sold on a marketplace with no checks.

Yes. Every phone we sell has all its taxes paid.
What if something goes wrong?
You are covered for 12 months. Repairs are done by our own technicians in our own workshop — you are not handed to a third party. Call 19759 and a person answers.
How does delivery work?
Free delivery. Pay on delivery, in cash or by card. Delivery timeframe is confirmed at checkout.
Can I put my current phone towards it?
Yes. Answer a few quick questions about your phone and you get an estimate of its value in about thirty seconds. Trade it in rather than sell it and we add a guaranteed trade-up bonus on top of that value — the two together are your credit toward the new phone. Order the new phone with your trade-in: when we deliver it, we check your old phone at your door and you pay only the difference.
Trade in your old device and we add a guaranteed trade-up bonus to what it is worth. Sell it outright and you get its value in cash; trade it in and you get the value plus the bonus, as credit against this phone. The bonus is set by the device you choose, not by the age or condition of your old phone.
