How it works

From your old phone to your next one.

    Pick the model, grade and storage. Every price you see is what you pay — no code to hunt for.

  2. Tell us about yours

    A few quick questions about the phone you have now: which one, what condition, battery health.

  3. See Your Trade-In Value

    Your phone's value and the guaranteed trade-up bonus are added together into one credit toward the phone you are buying.

  4. Order Your Phone

    Add the new phone to your cart and check out with cash or card on delivery. The cart shows the full price, and nothing is paid until we deliver.

  5. Swap at your door

    When we deliver, we check your old phone to see if it matches what you told us. The credit you were quoted is the credit you get, and you pay only the difference in cash, by card, or with any other payment method.

What to have ready

  • Back up your phone. Save your photos and anything else you want to keep.
  • Sign out of your accounts. iPhone: sign out of iCloud, which also turns off Find My. Galaxy: remove your Google and Samsung accounts. We can't accept a phone that is still locked to an account.
  • Know your passcode. You unlock the phone so we can check it.
  • Your national ID or passport. In the name of the phone's owner.
  • A short declaration to sign. You confirm the phone is yours and has not been reported lost or stolen. We ask everyone — it protects honest sellers too.
  • The box, if you have it. It is welcome but not needed, and it does not change your price.
