Refurbished phones are classified using a grading system to help buyers understand their condition:
- Diamond Grade: Has a minimum battery capacity of 95%, in like-new condition with no signs of use.
- Platinum Grade: Has a minimum battery capacity of 90%, may have minimal signs of use.
- Gold Grade: Has a minimum battery capacity of 85%, may show some signs of wear and tear.
What’s the difference between refurbished, used, and new phones?
