Ways to pay

You pay when the phone arrives. Here is how, and a simple calculator for other instalment plans.

Cash or card on delivery. You pay when the phone arrives, in cash or by card on the delivery person's machine.

Trading in? Spread the rest with one of our partners. At least half the price is paid when the phone arrives, and your trade-in counts toward it. The rest is spread over 12 months with no interest and no fees, on the card machine at your door. Subject to the partner's approval.

A simple estimate: the price divided by the number of months. Your bank or finance provider adds its own fees and decides the final monthly amount and whether a plan is approved.

Upgrade is not a lender

Upgrade is a retailer. It does not extend credit, run a credit check, approve a financing application, or set instalment terms. Any instalment plan you use – a bank card plan or a finance provider – is an agreement between you and that bank or provider, under their terms and their approval, not Upgrade's.
