It is a used phone that has been fully tested, repaired where it needed repair, cleaned, and graded against our 70-step standard. It is not a returned box that nobody opened, and it is not a phone someone sold on a marketplace with no checks.

What if something goes wrong?
You are covered for 12 months. Repairs are done by our own technicians in our own facilities — you are not handed to a third party. Call 19759 and a person answers.
