These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers, and customers on the UPGRADE website. If You are not a consumer or customer, please, contact us at info@UPGRADE.me.
You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein by placing an order. Please ensure You have read and understood these terms and conditions before placing Your order.
Definitions
- UPGRADE: Refers to UPGRADE business ID 201866, Located at Hyper One, second floor, Al sheikh Zayed -Giza.
- We: Refers to UPGRADE business ID 201866, Located at Hyper One, second floor, Al sheikh Zayed -Giza.
- You: refers to UPGRADE’s customers.
- Terms and Conditions: refers to this page.
- UPGRADE Warranty: refers to the commercial warranty that UPGRADE company provides to their customers on mobile phones listed on the UPGRADE website.
- Business Day: refers to business days excluding Fridays & Saturdays, Official holidays announced by the Egyptian government.
- FMI: refers to the Find My iPhone feature in Apple iPhones.
- IMEI: refers to the international mobile equipment identity.
Customers
- By placing an order, It is your acknowledgment of acceptance of the Terms and Conditions from your side.
- You’re required to provide us with your complete and accurate contact information, you’re responsible for and liable for any charges caused by inaccurate information.
- By accepting these terms and conditions, you confirm that you’re of the required legal age to be bound by the terms and conditions.
- UPGRADE reserves the right to keep the customer’s data for communication and maintaining customer relationships.

Our Products
UPGRADE offers a wide selection of refurbished mobile phones that have been thoroughly inspected and certified by our experts using cutting-edge technology, we guarantee that your phone will be in the same condition as new.
We categorize our phones according to their original condition, Platinum Grade and Gold Grade, to view our selection, simply select your desired mobile model, color, memory, and grade.
We carry out the refurbishment process using original, OEM, or high-quality parts, including third-party.

Prices
Includes:
- Value-added taxes (VAT) when applicable, used and refurbished mobile devices are often subject to the VAT margin scheme.
Don’t Include:
- Shipping and delivery fees
The fees and the total cost are indicated depending on the delivery method and will be clearly shown to you while placing your order.
Payment Methods
We offer you a variety of payment methods to make your life easier!
- Credit / Debit cards.
- Cash on delivery for orders > 30,000 EGP
- Installment plans throughout the service providers.
Installment service providers’ terms & conditions shall apply to purchases using their services.
UPGRADE reserves the right to reject/cancel the order if:
- The order doesn’t fulfill our needed requirements.
- There's a payment issue from your side & we claim to return the product to us immediately.
- The company reserves the right to accept or reject any request without the need to provide reasons
Delivery
Estimated Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery time is based on the city and zone and counted after you receive the order confirmation
- Greater Cairo and Alexandria: from 1 to 3 business days.
- Delta and Canal: from 2 to 4 business days.
- Upper Egypt, South Sinai, Al Wadi Al Gadid, and Al Wahat: from 3 to 5 business days.
Weekends and official holidays announced by the Egyptian government are not business days.
Shipping Information:
Please assure to provide UPGRADE and the delivery service provider with your correct and detailed address to ensure the fastest delivery to your doorstep!
Wrong or Damaged Products:
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Additional Fees:
Additional fees may apply for returns. Please check our shipping and returns policy for more information.
Returns and Refunds
Return:
You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, the product must be in the same condition it was in when you received it including the packaging.
Damaged Products:
If the returned product is damaged, we may return the product to you or offer a paid repair service.
Refunds:
We'll initiate your refund to your wallet within 7 business days.
Contact us in case you want us to initiate your refund to your bank account.
Return Process and Policies:
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Fill out the return form.
- Assure that the Find My iPhone feature in iPhone & Find My Mobile feature in Samsung is disabled on the phone before returning it.
- If the feature is enabled when UPGRADE receives the return, the refund might be delayed, and additional delivery/service costs may apply.
- UPGRADE reserves the right to return the phone to you if you do not turn off the feature within one (1) month after UPGRADE contacts you. In this case, we will return the device to you and reject the refund.
- If you do not receive the phone back, UPGRADE will not take any further responsibility for the device and we will discard it.
- You are responsible for packing the product securely to prevent breakage.
- You are responsible for the product until UPGRADE receives it.
- Ship the product to us at our address via the delivery service provider and manner specified in the instructions.
If you receive a product and detect defects, you have the legal right to a refund or replacement.
Liability for Defects
To request a refund or replacement, please, contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
We will then investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
To return a defective product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us immediately through info@upgrade.me, Live Chat Support, or call us at 19759.
- Pack the product securely and ship it to us at our address.
We will inspect the product within 3 to 5 business days to investigate the defects and confirm them, we will issue a refund or replacement for you.
Non-conforming Products
- If you receive a product that does not conform to the product specifications mentioned on our website, you have a right to a refund or replacement.
- To request a refund or replacement, please, contact us within 3 days of receiving the product, we will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
Defects Due to Mishandling or Usage
- UPGRADE is not responsible for any defects that occur due to mishandling or usage of the product. For example, if you drop the product and it breaks, UPGRADE will not be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
UPGRADE Warranty™
UPGRADE provides a 12 Months Warranty™ on all mobile phones and UPGRADE technician experts will repair any detected defects.
- UPGRADE Warranty™ is valid for 12 months starting from the purchasing date.
- The battery warranty is valid for 6 months starting from the purchase date.
The warranty covers:
The UPGRADE warranty covers any technical and mechanical issues with your mobile phone, such as issues with the camera, microphone, and speakers...Etc.
Our expert technicians will inspect and repair your mobile phone using high-quality spare parts to ensure you have a great smartphone.
If the repair doesn't worth it, we will replace it with another unit with the same model and specifications.
The warranty doesn't cover:
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, or neglect, such as screen break or crack.
- Damage caused by water, liquid, or other foreign substances.
- Damage caused by software or firmware problems.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear of the phone and battery.
Warranty Void Cases:
- The mobile serial number or IMEI has been removed or otherwise made unreadable.
- The damage to the mobile glass or home button, camera, or other features due to improper or unusual use, such as a phone drop or hit something.
- The mobile is repaired by the customer themselves or a third party without the written consent of UPGRADE.
- The phone is bent or has water damage.
- The mobile is physically opened by the customer or a third party.
Device Replacement:
- UPGRADE Warranty™ is valid starting from the original purchasing date.
- UPGRADE Warranty™ applies to the original purchaser only.
- UPGRADE reserves the right to request photos of the phone before you send it in for warranty repair.
- UPGRADE reserves the right to charge you additional delivery costs.
Device Ownership Change:
- In case you sell your phone to a new owner within the warranty period, you must inform give the POP (original purchase invoice and warranty card), to the new owner and you are responsible for making a legal pledge with two original copies between the old and the new owner
FMI Feature:
If your phone has the Find My iPhone (FMI) /Samsung Find My Mobile feature turned on, you should turn it off before shipping it to UPGRADE. UPGRADE will not be able to repair or replace the phone if the FMI feature is enabled
- UPGRADE reserves the right to return the phone to you and charge you the delivery costs if the FMI /Samsung Find My Mobile is on.
- In case you didn’t turn off the FMI /Samsung Find My Mobile feature within one month of contacting you, UPGRADE will send the device back to you at an additional charge.
- UPGRADE is not responsible for the device if you didn’t collect it and it will be disposed of.
Attached Mobile Accessories:
UPGRADE is not responsible for any attached mobile accessories when you send the mobile phone for repair. Please remove any accessories before sending the phone to UPGRADE.
Repair
If you are experiencing problems with your phone and would like to have it repaired, please follow the instructions below.
- Visit our nearest store to you.
- Disable the Find My iPhone feature for Apple devices or the Find My Mobile feature for Samsung devices.
- Erase all data on your phone.
- Remove your SIM card.
- Remove any accessories attached to the device.
- Contact us at 19759 for more details.
Expired & Voided Warranty:
- UPGRADE offers paid repair services with free defect inspection and provides you with the estimated cost.
- UPGRADE guarantees a 6 months warranty on the new spare parts.
- You can request an official statement from UPGRADE on the specifics of the required repair for your insurance provider.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit UPGRADE's liability for any matter that would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability.
- UPGRADE is not liable for any indirect costs, such as loss of profits or loss of opportunity, that may arise as a side effect of any loss or damage.
- UPGRADE is not liable for any failure to deliver products or to meet any other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event beyond UPGRADE's reasonable control.
- Some examples of events that are considered to be beyond UPGRADE's reasonable control include fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident, terrorist activity, strikes, epidemics, or quarantine.
- UPGRADE will not be liable for any loss or damage that you may face, beyond the total price of your order, arising in connection with your order on the UPGRADE website.
- The product liability for defects is limited to the possible refund of the purchasing price of the product minus the benefits received.
- UPGRADE does not provide original purchase receipts from the original owner of the mobile and is not liable to do so.
- UPGRADE phones may require you to create an Apple ID/Google Account/Samsung account. You are responsible for all activities on your account and keeping your password secure. You must not use someone else's Apple ID/Google Account/Samsung account without permission. UPGRADE is not liable for any loss or damage caused by your negligence. If you forget your Apple ID/Google Account/Samsung account or passwords, UPGRADE may be unable to repair or refund your phone. In this case, UPGRADE will return the phone to you.
- In case there are any unforeseen stock issues for reasons beyond control, UPGRADE reserves the right to cancel the order. In this case, You will receive a full refund for your order.
- Products are sold as they are. The characteristics of the products are described on the product page in the condition category. By selecting the conditions of the product, you expressly accept the displayed characteristics of the mobile on our website.
Updates on Terms & Conditions
UPGRADE reserves the right to change or amend the terms and conditions without prior notice to you.
The latest version of the terms and conditions announced on the UPGRADE website will be accredited at the time of placing your order, please read them carefully.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and conditions are governed by Egyptian law.
